We do not provide sample copies of the guide, but as you could see in our video above, this guide is of super high quality. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to review and make adjustments prior to your final print order.
How do I customize the Home Prep Guide for myself?
When you purchase a license for our Home Prep Guide, our team will work with you to add your logo, your headshot, your story, and any photos you would like to replace.
Do I get a digital copy of the guide?
The highest and best use of our Home Prep Guide is in a physically printed format, so we only license printed copies. With this promotion, 10 FREE Printed Copies are included at no cost, and you can purchase additional copies in packs of 25 for $13 per book ($325), shipping to the United States included at no additional cost.
What kind of paper do use?
We print on magazine-quality #100 gloss paper printed in full color.
Is there room to add agent-specific branding anywhere?

The licensing fee is good for five years. During that time, you can order as many customized books as you need.
Can I print my own books locally or with my own printer.
Sorry, no. The licensing fee covers the initial set up and customization of your specific book, and we provide the printing of all books and ship them directly to you.
